  1. Hi Jamie! Please include some sea salt or Himalayan salt on the rim of the glass to enhance the flavor even more! Cheers!

  2. Let's not forget Fever Tree tonic water does the trick. I never liked tonic water that much, actually I preferred to drink my gin pure, but damn that tonic water pushes it to a further level. Sadly it's damn expensive, actully it costs more than a gin bottle on the long way : /

  3. Strikes me as more like a Caipirinha or mojito … i’m on the search for a very traditional English gin and tonic, a drink I imagine originated in England though who really knows I guess? Well, somebody out there must really know. I’m not knowledgeable about Mixology but I’m guessing lime and mint were not part of the equation in [I imagine] London when the drink originated tho’ I would love to be wrong about that! In any case, thank you for your generosity of knowledge and fun flair for presentation.

  4. My Gin and tonic glass got bitter. Used 50 ml of Beefeater, 100 ml of Schweppes tonic water, lime. And it was in no way refreshing. Ice cubes filled almost to the top. What did I do wrong? Any guesses?

  5. That use to be my go to Tanqueray Sapphire and Fever Tree but a London bartender introduced me to Beefeaters and Britvic tonic….. chef’s kiss
